The Pharmacists‘ Pension Scheme is an institution of the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Pharmacists, a public law corporation. It establishes a pension plan for its members and provides coverage in the event of professional incapacity. Its legal basis is found in Section 4 of the Law on the Chambers of Health Professions, and its headquarters are in Kiel. The Pharmacists‘ Pension Scheme is represented in legal matters, both judicially and extrajudicially, by the chairperson of the management committee of the Pharmacists‘ Pension Scheme Schleswig-Holstein. The ongoing operations are managed by the management committee. For the handling of business affairs, the management committee employs an executive director. Supervisory functions are carried out by the supervisory committee. The committees and executive management are composed as follows:

Members of the pharmacy provision scheme are generally all members of the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Pharmacists. The relevant legal relationships are governed by the statutes of the provision scheme (pharmacy provision) of the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Pharmacists as well as by the statutes regarding the actuarial parameters of the provision scheme (pharmacy provision) of the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Pharmacists.
